8-Bit God of War! A new demake game
Thought that subject might get your attention if you are a fan of demake games.
Today, I’ve just finished God of War III on my nextgen console. It’s a really great game, and it was hard to convince me to buy and play it. Finally I really enjoyed playing and ending this game.
In the meantime, I was quite suprise by reading RetroGamer magazine (page 13) that something was related to « Bit God of War« . After a quick search on my favourite search engine, I found something scheduled to be launched by a Canadian game developer, named Holmfry.
Holmfry writes :
After a short .. 2 year long.. hiatus, we’ve officially resumed our efforts on Bit of War! Re-inspired by Eric Ruth’s Left 4 Dead demake, and excited by the Pandora’s Box that will soon arrive on my porch, the time feels right to reignite the flames that fuel this project.

The project is currently slated for a release date of sometime before Duke Nukem Forever.
The latest message on his blog says that he’s finalizing how gameplay is going to be, with just the first level built and will be the first boss fight.
Stay tune and prepare to play with 8bit Kratos !
